ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The products and services that Wordmakers Naming & Trade-marks Services ("Wordmakers") Ltd. provides to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("TAC"). Your use of the Wordmakers' web site, products and services signifies your complete acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed in this document.
Do not buy, use or install WordMaker ("Software") until you have read the TAC. By clicking on the "Order Now" button, you accept all of these terms.
Wordmakers reserves the right to update the TAC at any time, for any reason and without notice.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
All Wordmakers products are digital files delivered through email and are available via the download links provided to the client.
All download links expire after 24 hours.
Wordmakers does not ship out physical goods such as CD's or other forms of storage media.
By purchasing a Wordmakers product, you agree that your order will be processed manually and that:
- The download links will be emailed to you in 5 to 30 minutes during business hours or the next business day
- Please check your Bulk/Spam folder and add our email (sales@wordmaker.ca) to your list of safe contacts
- Wordmakers may refund any potentially fraudulent purchase.
REFUND POLICY
Wordmakers may refund your order if and only if your download link has not been sent to you yet. Because our product is a digital file, there are no means of returning it to us with the guarantee that the delivered file has been destroyed. Therefore, the sale is considered to be final and non-refundable once the download link has been emailed to the client.

The Software that is made available to download, or for access, from this Site is the copyrighted work of Wordmakers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
All trade marks and trade names of Wordmakers used in the site are registered trade marks.
Any unauthorized use of the product or services at this site may violate the intellectual property laws.
