Q. The setup program keeps telling me to download and install Microsoft .Net Framework, but I already installed it. What should I do?
A. Please reinstall the version 2.0 of Microsoft. Net Framework, you can find it here. Then install WordMaker.

Q. Is WordMaker available on CD?
A. No.

Q. Can I purchase a copy of your software and put it on other computers?
A. WordMaker is sold on a per-computer basis. One license will function on one laptop, one home computer, or one desktop computer.

Q. Is WordMaker compatible with other languages?
A. Yes. Most of the features were designed to be appropriate for any language. All the results are easily customizable; each user can adapt them at will. The tool Connecter is adapted for English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Q. Do you guarantee good results?
A. WordMaker is intended to be used as a tool to help you in the creative process of naming and is not a substitute for human ingenuity. We guarantee an unlimited number of ideas for names, but there is no limit to your creativity. Use your intelligence and imagination and feel free to experiment with the results by modifying or adjusting the names when necessary.

Q. Can the names generated by your software be used and trademarked?
A. Yes, but before launching a new name we highly recommend conducting a trademark availability search to determine if the name is available.

Q. Do you provide naming services?
A. Yes, at your request we can create names, slogans and taglines.
